All customers are now required to present a valid form of ID on delivery of Shisha to confirm their age and identity. Dial A Shisha Peterborough now take a copy of customers ID, this will only occur on the initial order. Customers must also sign an agreement document before Shisha is loaned out to them. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled. 

Dial A Shisha Peterborough does not take any responsibility for any damage caused to Property/Goods/People when shishas are in the possession of the customer. The minimum order amount is £20.00

We recommend that orders are placed in advanced for the time a Shisha is required, as sometimes there could be delays or the possible unavailability of a Shisha. All shishas and provided accessories remain the property of Dial A Shisha Peterborough at all times.

All shishas delivered will be collected the next working day. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shisha(s) are returned by the agreed time, failure to do so will result in an extra charge for hire. (£10 per day). Free delivery is offered within a 5 mile radius, delivery charge applies for orders over 5 miles.

All of our Shishas are used for specific flavours, customers are not permitted to use their own flavours in our shishas as this will damage and contaminate the Shishas.

Customers are liable for any loss or damage caused to the equipment and will only be charged for each damaged item and not the whole product. 

Dial A Shisha Peterborough asks customers to follow Health and Safety tips to prevent mis-use of Shisha.

Dial A Shisha Peterborough does not take any responsibility for any health issues that occur as a result of smoking.

Please note whilst we exercise every care and diligence, we do not take any responsibility for the shisha pipes whilst they are at your event and our shisha assistants help to enforce health and safety standards. You therefore agree to hold us and our shisha assistance free of any liability and injuries arising from the operation and consumption of shisha on your premises.

UK Smoking Regulations prohibit smoking in any enclosed public places. Dial A Shisha Peterborough does not take any responsibility for misuse of shisha or our customers non-compliance with UK Smoking Regulations. 

We do not carry public liability insurance as,  to the best of out knowledge, there is not any available for shisha hire services in the UK. Smoking seriously harms you and others around you. You must be of 18 years and over to use our services or use our products.

HEALTH AND SAFETY 

• DO NOT keep Shisha in reach of children
• DO NOT leave Shisha unattended
  
• DO NOT light cigarettes from the coal on the Shisha
  
• DO NOT pass the Shisha directly to another person. Always put it down and allow the other person to pick it up
  
• DO NOT touch charcoal with hands
  
• Always leave your Shisha at ground level
• Always hold and carry the shisha with two hands, one on the base and one on the stem 
• DO NOT give Shisha to individuals under the age of 18. It is against the law to supply tobacco products to under 18's. Dial A Shisha Peterborough will ask for ID if in doubt of age and will not supply shisha to under 18's.
